Extended services – Clients that receive PCAP services beyond the regular 36-month program receive extended services.
PCAP ID – A six-digit number assigned to clients. The first three numbers of the PCAP ID reflect the program site and are designated by the System Administrator. The last three numbers are designated by the site supervisor.
ex. PCAP ID 099123 belongs to client 123 from site 099.
Primary Worker – A client’s main PCAP Mentor. The client will show up on the mentor’s caseload on the homepage when the mentor is listed as the Primary Worker on the Service File.
Production Environment– (OLD) The Penelope database where actual (real) clients are inputted.
Test Environment – (OLD) The Penelope database where practice (fake) clients are inputted.
