Report: Detail Individual Profile Report

Description: This report displays all profile information for an individual client or for a list of clients.

Report on a list of clients OR one client.

List of clients

Steps to display a list of clients:

  1. From the home page, go to the right hand menu bar and click the “Reports” heading. Then click the “View all Reports” link.
  2. Look for the grey heading “Individual Reports”, and then click the link for “Detail Individual Profile Report”. A box should appear with the title “Parameters”.
  3. If you would like a complete list of clients, leave “Individual Added” blank. Otherwise, specify the period: select a pre-set reporting period from the drop-down menu OR select your own start and end date in the two date fields. Remember that the period reflects when a client was added.
  4. Leave “Case” blank.
  5. You may specify a certain Case Worker to see their clients OR leave this field blank to view all the clients at your site.
  6. Leave “Individual” blank.
  7. Under “Service”, select “PCAP”.
  8. Under “Site”, select your site number.
  9. Click “view”. A new window should pop-up with the report.
  10. To print the report, use “Ctrl” + “P” on your keyboard. To exit the report, click the “x” in the top right hand corner. To exit out of the “Parameters” box, click “cancel”.

One client

Steps to display just one client

Method 1

  1. From the home page, go to the right hand menu bar and click the “Reports” heading. Then click the “View all Reports” link.
  2. Look for the grey heading “Individual Reports”, and then click the link for “Detail Individual Profile Report”. A box should appear with the title “Parameters”.
  3. Leave “Individual Added” blank.
  4. Leave “Case” blank.
  5. Leave “Case Worker” blank.
  6. Under “Individual”, type the name of the client.
  7. Under “Service”, select “PCAP”.
  8. Under “Site”, select your site number.
  9. Under “Report Options”, check “Include Documents” if you want all the client’s full biannuals included in the report.
  10. Click “view”. A new window should pop-up with the report.
  11. To print the report, use “Ctrl” + “P” on your keyboard. To exit the report, click the “x” in the top right hand corner. To exit out of the “Parameters” box, click “cancel”.

Method 2

  1. Go to the client’s individual profile (by clicking on the client’s first or last name from “My Case Load” or in the search page).
  2. Click the “Reports” heading from the right-hand menu bar. Click the link for “Profile Report”. A box should appear with the title “Parameters”.
  3. Leave “Individual Added” blank.
  4. Leave “Case” blank.
  5. Leave “Case Worker” blank.
  6. Under “Service”, select “PCAP”.
  7. Under “Site”, select your site number.
  8. Under “Report Options”, check “Include Documents” if you want all the client’s full biannuals included in the report.

Example parameters for Detail Individual Report for one client

  1. Click “view”. A new window should pop-up with the report.
  2. To print the report, use “Ctrl” + “P” on your keyboard. To exit the report, click the “x” in the top right hand corner. To exit out of the “Parameters” box, click “cancel”.
