Troubleshooting: Compatibility issues

If you are running Internet Explorer 9, you may see the following message when you try to log in:

To access Penelope, you must allow the page to run on “Compatibility Mode”.

Click on the icon at the top right corner of the browser that looks like a broken piece of paper:

Click the icon that looks like a broken piece of paper.

When you click the icon, the browser will reload. Enter your login information and click “Enter” on your keyboard.

The compatibility mode setting will be “saved” until you clear your browser’s history, so you will not have to click this icon every time you log in.
